Salary: £26.4 – £28.8 per hour

Maintenance Carpenter

Maintenance Carpenter needed for a Maintenance Company undertaking planned repairs & void work on local authority properties.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking 2nd fix carpentry – remedials, door hanging, kitchen unit replacement

Voids & kitchen and bathroom property upgrades

Requirements:

Must have all tools and be experienced in all 2nd fix joinery
Experience in basic plumbing, patching, tiling, decorating
