A great opportunity has opened for Principal Power Electronics Engineer to join one of the UK’s market leader within the Transport, Energy, Defence and Automotive industries are seeking a Principal Power Electronics Engineer to join an exciting new project on a permanent basis.
The successful Principal Power Electronics Engineer will likely be degree qualified or above in Electronic Engineering and have proven managerial and leadership skills, preferably in a relevant market sector. You will provide a technical interface between the Company and the Customer, delivering a product which is technically compliant to the requirements of the customer within their prescribed lead time and budget
Principal Power Electronics Engineer skills and fundamentals:
Analogue and digital electronics
Schematic Capture
Power Electronic Converters AC:AC, DC: DC, DC:AC
EMC testing
Motor Drives
Simulation tools including Matlab and Simulink
Systems Engineering
Embedded Systems and Control Engineering
Proven managerial and leadership skills
