Sequence Group are one of the UK’s leading Estate Agents being part of the Connells Group inc. Sequence with over 480 High Street Branches. We are currently looking to recruit an office-based Property Co-Ordinator to work in our Lettings Service Centre based in Leighton Buzzard
Key Responsibilities
•To provide property management and tenancy administration support services to all Client and Tenants.
•To ensure all vacant properties are let as quickly as possible and within the terms of the Service Level Agreement.
•To ensure that all documentation and statutory requirements are met in the correct time frame.
•To be committed to achieving and where possible exceeding all targets set.
