IT Application Support / Database Administrator (Oracle & SQL)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2014 (potential to go permanent)
Salary: to £42,000pro rata
Location: Central London & with limited travel.

Our client are a highly prestigious organization in central London. They are looking for a highly-skilled SQL / Oracle Application Support Analyst to work on a data quality project and CRM system implementation. This position will also take an active role on the service desk and act as 2rd Line support.
Whilst this a fixed term contract there is a real possibility this will go permanent in the New Year.
We are looking for experience of the following:
• Previous software application support experience.
• Strong SQL Server & Oracle skills – ideally DBA level across one or both e.g. installation, configuration, tuning, capacity planning, backup, recovery, security & problem resolution.
• Broad knowledge of wider IT skills to include operating systems e.g. Windows &/or Linux / Unix, web servers e.g. IIS, Apache etc.
• Strong communications skills being comfortable working within a small yet dedicated team.
• Ability to work with & train users as required.
