Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable person to join their team on a full time permanent basis. You will either be an experienced Accounts Payable person looking for a new challenge in a company that is dynamic and forward thinking or, you will be just starting out in your Accounting career or accounting studies and looking for the chance to break into the industry. The main duties of the role will be;

Reconciling supplier statements
*
Communication with suppliers
*
Addressing queries with suppliers and internal departments
*
Informing the financial controller and finance manager of monies due out of the bank
*
Balance confirmations
In order to be considered for the role you must have experience with;
*
Excel
*
VLOOKUP’S
*
Basic Pivot Tables
The hours of work will be 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday
