Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

Do you have a strong background in engineering / manufacturing procurement management?
Do you understand manufacturing lead times and operational demand?
The Role
As a Procurement Manager, you are responsible for the day to day running of the department. You are required to work to tight deadlines ensuring stock is purchased in a timely manner to meet the needs of each department within the company.
Experience and Qualifications
Excellent understanding of supply chain procedures
Extensive knowledge of purchasing products both within and outside the UK.
Knowledge of market research
A pro-active individual able to show initiative and ideas to constantly improve.
A pro-active individual able to show initiative and ideas to constantly improve.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Logical Thinker (Knowledge of script writing/executing would be considered a plus)
