£40,000 – £55,000 + bonus + benefits
Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is seeking a Regional Manager for a premium fashion brand. Managing locations in the South of England you will have impact in all areas to include customer service, sales, commerciality and operations.
The role of Regional Manager with this brand is varied and will challenge you in strategic management, implementing new ideas, project management and training.
Responsibilities include:
* Direct reporting on trade, analysing kpi’s and setting goals.
* Monitor stores performance and working with teams to improve results.
* Aiming for customer service excellence.
* Creating new and innovative ways to drive the business commercially.
* Instill confidence in your teams to problem solve and sharing key learns.
* Building partnerships with Head Office and sharing feedback.
* Mentoring managers, creating a strong supportive culture and developing skills.
* Contributing to the business through market knowledge, identifying areas of growth and being aware of trends.
This role would suit an accomplished manager who has an interest in fashion and is results driven. Candidates must have area management experience.
The starting salary is from £48,000 – £66,000 dependent on experience, and is reviewed throughout your career. Benefits include a car, bonus scheme and a generous clothing allowance.
