It is essential for the teacher to have:

– Fully Qualified Teacher Status in the UK
– Fluent in either French or Spanish
– Substantial teaching experience in modern foreign languages
– Good classroom management skills
– Exceptional behaviour management

– The ability to give inspiring and engaging lessons

– Enthusiasm to learn and develop professionally
– The commitment to raise standards and encourage excellence
– If you have any previous experience working within a Moseley school, this would be desirable
