Outreach Engagement Advisor

Salary: £26,000 per year

Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for an Outreach Engagement Advisor on a temporary basis for a social change charity based in Sheffield.

The Role

This is a full time, temporary role until mid/end of October 2022, and is remote based.

Within this role you will make outbound calls to past and potential organisations to tell them about the membership offering for the charity, and to encourage them to join the network. You will also respond to requests from other organisations in order to support them in joining the charity’s network, as well as researching relevant organisations to make contact with.

This role isn’t a sales based position, but is focused in ensuring of increasing awareness of the charity’s network.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have previous experience of being based in a similar position, and be confident of being the first point of contact. You will also feel confident in drafting engaging communications over the phone with clients.

As well as this you will have

• Experience in using a CRM and other online tools to manage their workload
• Customer service experience
• Strong administration skills
• Engaging telephone manner
• Good communication skills
