Head of Transformation + Change – Facilities Management

Salary: £84,000 – £90,000 per year

This is a rare opportunity to lead transformation and change activities for the government/public sector business unit for one of the UK’s leading FM providers.

Working from home with occasional travel, the role will involve working with senior stakeholders to ensure business excellence within public sector contracts.

Your new role

This will include;

• Overseeing continuous improvement across a wide variety of contracts
• Supporting the bidding and mobilisation process for new contracts
• Driving transformational change
• Engaging with senior stakeholders across the business on change initiatives
• Undertaking benchmarking and producing reports
• Assisting with challenging contract turnaround activities
• Ensuring that best practise is applied across all contracts

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have a strong background in FM operations and some previous experience of the public/defence sectors would be an advantage. Previous knowledge of undertaking transformation and change activities on contracts is also important for this role, as is experience of managing key stakeholder relationships.
