The role

Job Purpose We are looking for an Enrolment Consultant to support the front end, enrolment process for our training courses The Enrolment team is a fast paced environment whose aim is to deliver first class customer service while delivering exceptional advice and guidance for our delegates and clients. Full training will be given for this role. Key Responsibilities • Work closely with the Enrolment Manager to enrol delegates and build cohorts for our training courses which are run nationwide • Engage with applicants that have applied for a place on our courses which can be from a variety of sources • Produce application forms for delegates to complete • Check accuracy of the application forms and amend if necessary • Check the delegates are eligible and meet the funding requirements • Conduct ID and address confirmation checks • Confirm delegate course attendance • Work with our clients contacts on eligibility issues • Look for organisations e.g. job centres / charities who can feed delegates into us in locations where training is taking place • Data processing on various CRM platforms • Ensure excellent customer service is given to our clients and students

We are looking for candidates to have;

Experience working with the Microsoft suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and ideally experience with CRM software • Confidence making and taking phone calls which is a large part of the role • Initiative and a willingness to get involved in a wide variety of tasks • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written English communications skills • Hard working and positive attitude • Good interpersonal and client relationship skills • Time management, organisation and planning skills • Adaptable to constant change • Previous experience in an office based, customer support and administration role is essential

The consultant role; there is a lot of telephone work as candidates need to be making and taking calls to complete learners’ registrations. Ideally, someone that has provided some form of customer service over the phone. Proactivity is needed for this roles. This role are ideally for individuals looking to start careers in the education sector, recruitment, and sales.
