Position: Service Advisor
Location: Middlesex Area
Basic: £25,000 OTE £30,000

Our client are a well-established prestige dealer group based within the Middlesex/West London Region have an exciting an opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to enhance their team.

You’re Job Role
• Up sell additional products to customers, such as insurance packages and branded extras
• Ensure vehicles completed at time agreed and advising as necessary
• Responding positively to customer telephone enquiries relating to service and repairs
• Answering customers’ questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs in a manner that is easily understood and without excessive technical jargon
• Checking all documents for accurate completion, maintaining all customer record files and job cards on a daily basis and storing records logically for ease of retrieval
• Liaising with service manager to ensure workshop loading suits diary bookings
• Producing invoices for completed work and explains the content to customers
• Ensuring service bookings and appointments are managed efficiently
• Establishing customers drop off and collection requirements or arranging alternative transport where necessary
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

Skills Required
As a Service Advisor you will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and care at all times for vehicle servicing and repairs. You will be the principle point of contact for all customer communication while the vehicle is in our Retail Centre so the successful candidate will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to deal with customers face to face or over the phone effectively. Experience as a Service Advisor is essential for this role and experience with Kerridge and One link would be a distinct advantage.
