My client is a leading Construction Contractor. The company work in a wide range of market sectors and have an enviable reputation for their project delivery and standard of finish. Owing to the increased workload they are seeking a Junior Administrator to work alongside the commercial team providing assistance and support to other members of staff the Social Housing sector, they are urgently seeking to appoint an experienced Administrator

The Position – Junior Administrator

Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful Junior Administrator will be responsible for delivering support to the team which will involve all aspects of administration which will include dealing with inbound email enquiries and data input. You will be required to use the in house systems in order to keep all aspects of the office up to date. You must have a commercial minded nature with an extreme attention to detail.

Person Spec / Experience – Junior Administrator

* General office administration
* Scanning, faxing, filing and photocopying
* Sending out letters
* Customer queries
* Use of Microsoft packages and in house systems.
* Telephone duties
* Inbound and outbound emails.

Beneficial

* Social Housing or Construction Administrator experience and previously worked on in-house systems.

It is imperative that you have a background or experience of working within construction. In return for these skills, the company offer the opportunity to work on a wide range of varied and interesting projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and lead with minimal supervision and have excellent communication skills.
