Salary: £26,000 – £28,080 per year
Pertemps Network catering is looking for a Night Auditor for one of our Hotel clients in the Edgbaston area.
As a Night Auditor you will be the face of the Hotel while on shift, providing a warm and professional welcome and putting the guest at the heart of everything you do. Your duties will include:
• Completing the night audit and any financial procedures during the shift
• Checking in and out guest arrivals and departures, utilising the Hotel’s IT system
• Updating the system with any additional charges and producing reports, including relevant financial reports
• Dealing positively, promptly and pragmatically with guest queries and feedback
• Operating the switchboard and taking messages for guests and staff
• Arranging any early morning calls on the system
• Ensuring an effective handover to the early morning shift and from the late evening shift
• Ensuring the welfare and safety of all guests staying at the Hotel while on shift
• Ensuring all fire and health and safety regulations are adhered to.
With no two shifts being the same, we are looking for someone who enjoys a positive challenge, who is pragmatic and who is able to use their initiative and problem solve. With a strong background in hotels, conferences or a multi-site catering environment within the hospitality sector and with a keenness to work nights in a customer facing role, you should have a genuine enthusiasm and ability to provide exemplary customer service and to support the smooth running of the Reception and Hotel during your shift.
