Brazilian Portuguese Speaking Contact Centre Advisor (Night Shi)

Calling all Brazilian Portuguese speakers!

We’re expanding and looking for talented Brazilian Portuguese speaking people to join us for the night shift (5 nights per week 11pm – 7 am).

While our company continues to grow, our goal remains the same – delivering outstanding prices & product with impeccable customer service.

The role:
• Taking calls from our Brazilian Portuguese speaking customers and guiding them through the booking process
• Being the first point of contact for our Brazilian Portuguese speaking customers pre-travel
• Helping our customers to find the right product and price package to suit their requirements

Your expertise:
• Able to demonstrate outstanding sales & service to our Brazilian Portuguese speaking customers.
• Have previous experience of working well in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (verbal &written)

Must be confident to work night shift in our contact centre.
