We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Service Leader to join a progressive, well established and reputable charity managing their multiple supported living services across Glasgow on a fixed term maternity cover

The Service itself:

• Supporting individuals in their own homes
• Supporting individuals with complex health & mental health needs
• Multi site role
• Includes supporting individuals with drug, alcohol & age related concerns
• Managing a team of approx. 20 staff including support workers & advance support practitioners

As the Service Leader the following is required:

• Current SSSC or equivalent registration or the ability to be registered on taking up the post.
• A Full Driving licence is essential
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support Techniques as well as designing and working with care plans for people with Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain or Spinal Cord injuries.
• Previous experience in managing services within a supported living service is essential and a relevant management qualification is desirable (SVQ Level 4 Health & Social Care or working towards)
• Excellent organisational and communicating skills
