Casual Children and Family Support Worker

Core Assets Children’s Services are looking for Casual Children and Family Support Workers to work on an ‘as and when’ basis to provide support to Children and Young People (some with disabilities) and their families across the Bedfordshire area. We work across a range of Children’s Services including supporting children in care, family support, crisis intervention, education, befriending, mentoring as well as personal care for disabled children. Applicants should have experience of family support as well as working with children with complex behavioural issues and/or with disabled young people and their families. The required hours are flexible but will include evening and weekend work as well as school holidays. A full driving licence, good driving record and use of a comprehensively business insured vehicle are essential.
