Technical knowledge of all cleaning methods and techniques
Qualified to BICS level 1 & 2
To ensure the successful mobilisation of new business on time and to budget
To ensure a consistent level of cleaning service is provided at all times
Responsible for the management of all equipment and cleaning machinery on any sites you are responsible for
Support the training of all staff on site and ensure legal compliance is adhered to at all times
Ability to carry out any generic administration tasks
Knowledge of Health and safety requirements to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and staff alike
Flexible approach and the ability to work variable hours including weekends
Excellent communication skills
Numerate, with the ability to analyse data, recognise trends and produce action plans
Good people management skills with the ability to provide feedback and coaching to improve development where required
Full driving licence

Mobile Support Supervisor responsible to support Operations and Area Managers.
Maximise contract profitability.
Maximise Non Contractual work.
To minimise contract losses through the delivery of a consistently high standard of customer service which exceeds the customer’s expectation.
Ensure staff are managed at all times, trained correctly and validated to company standard.
