The Role – Mobile Cleaner
Pinnacle Group are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as we mobilise a brand-new contract. The individuals must be able to work as part of a team and use own initiative, delivering a full range cleaning service, ensuring the service is continuously improved, and the cleaning specification met and exceeded. For this role, you must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
The purpose of this role is to work with the Team Leader to ensure the Estate cleaning specification is adhered to at all times and follow the planed route / given sites as set out by the Supervisor/Contract Manager.
Please note that we will consider full time and part time applicants.
Duties/Key Responsibilities
•Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, laundry rooms, shared kitchens and bathrooms etc. as per requires contract specification.
•Litter picking and sweeping, cleaning internal windows, ledges, handrails, skirting boards etc.
•Advising Manager of materials / equipment to be ordered, ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
•Reporting repairs / issues in communal areas.
•Deep Cleaning and use of Cleaning Chemicals
•To adhere to COSHH regulations on consumables and ensure the correct use of personal protective clothing and equipment.
•Other reasonable duties as directed by Manager
•To deputise in the absence of the Team Leader, i.e. take responsibility of the Company vehicle and carry out vehicle checks record/document work using our Job watch system app via mobile phone, also being responsible for all equipment.
Skills Required
•Good communication skills
•Full UK Driving Licence
•The ability to work as part of a team and be able to demonstrate initiative
•Some cleaning experience would be preferred
•To be able to demonstrate the behaviours required as outlined in the Living the Values section of the Pinnacle Way booklet.
