IT Support Manager (Helpdesk Manager, Service desk Manager)- 55k plus benefits – Learning and Development – ITIL

I have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Manager to join a globally recognised technology vendor based in their Central London Office.

The Support Manager is responsible for the efficient daily operation of the team, triage and escalation of complex issues.

You will need to have proven experience in the below:-

– In depth expertise on e-mail delivery processes

– Excellent skills in communication and trouble shooting

– Strong understanding of customer service

– Hands on experience with Exchange or other MTA service

– Experience of managing a team of at least ten technical individuals
