General Builder

(Permanent/No CSCS Required)

V-Recruit are currently recruiting for 1 x General Builder to start work on a permanent basis in Richmond, North Yorkshire, for a company who provide a diverse array of services to the construction industry.

We are looking for an experienced general builder who is skilled in stone and brick masonry, block work, concreting and general groundworks.

This is a permanent role

£42,000 – £54,000 per annum, depending on experience

28 days holiday per year, including 8 statutory public bank holidays

There is a workplace pension scheme, and opportunities for additional training and development within the company.

We are looking for applications from candidates who are time served or NVQ trained in bricklaying (or equivalent), who are experienced in reading drawings and written instructions.

We will require the successful candidate to use problem-solving and critical thinking skills, communicate with clients and be able to work both independently and as part of a wider team.

Due to the private nature of these sites, you do not require CSCS card, but will require ideally your own tools, PPE and we will take 2 x work related references.
