Working in shifts you will have had similar experience in a high profile corporate environment working as a Food Service Assistant or Waiter.
You will have good communication skills and the ability to help and assist guest with their requirements.

Washing up, using the dishwasher, ensuring the kitchen areas are kept clean and helping the chef during service, you will be smart and have previous experience in food handling with knowledge of COSSH and Food Hygiene.
