2nd Line Support

1st/2nd Line technical support for Systems PCs & Printers. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and has the ability to pick up new technologies quickly. In addition you will have excellent communication skills be able to deal with people at all levels as well as have excellent problem resolutions skills:

PC support on Windows 7, 8 & 8.1 (there are still one or two XP PCs but they should be replaced shortly)

Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 & 2012 R2

Virtual Servers running on Windows Server 2012 using Hyper-v

1GBit Network

VoIP Phone System (Mitel)

Experience of any of the following would be an advantage however, not essential:

Virtual Servers running on VMWare ESXi

All Servers running Windows Server 2012 R2

Web servers running IIS 8

Database Servers running SQL Server 2012

Web Servers load balanced using a Kemp Virtual Load Balancer.
