HR / Payroll Administrator

Salary: £26.4 per hour

JOB TITLE: HR/ Payroll Administrator

COMMUTABLE FROM: Brough, Hull, Cottingham, Driffield, Beverley, Cottingham, Hessle and Willerby

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

• £22 000 – £24 000

• 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (Pro Rata)

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Previous experience using Sage software

• Previous experience running payroll

• Strong Administration background

• Ideally CIPD qualified (not essential)

ROLE INFORMATION: My client is currently looking to recruit for a Payroll Assistant to cover maternity leave. This position will be to work within an energetic HR team.

You will be required to use SAGE software to ensure employee data is kept up to date including absences, lateness’s, contractual data, addresses, qualifications, personal details etc. You will also be required to collate payroll and provide payroll data to the outsourced payroll company. This position would be suitable for anyone looking to gain further experience in HR or payroll. For the right candidate my client will be looking to make this role permanent for them to manage payroll
