Salary: £26,000 per year
Customer Review Advisor (Retail Banking)
Branch Level.
35 Hours Per Week, 9am – 5pm Plus 24 Saturdays a year.
Salary increase 6 months
Salary increase 12 months

The Right Individual should be customer focused with the ability and desire to speak and listen to customers requirements face to face and engage with a review of the customers current and future needs through a reveiw, fact find, a approachable manor and Self-assured personality is essential.
Responsibility for the accuracy of tasks performed in relation to:- Maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring that the fair treatment of customers is central to our Clients approach in the completion of above.
