Customer Service Accout Advisor

Salary: £30,000 per year

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent customer service advisor to work for a company in Taunton that is massively expanding. They will train you to an Advisor status within insurance. Salary up to £30,000per annum.

You must have previous customer service experience or have worked in a hospitality related role and live within a commutable distance of Taunton.

Working hours:

* Monday to Friday
* 8:30am – 5pm
* Every other Saturday morning until 12pm

Responsibilities of the role will include:

* Dealing confidently with clients, both face-to-face and over the phone
* Cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships

Requirements:

* Demonstrate strong communication skills and an enthusiastic ability
* Up-selling and cross selling to customers over the telephone
* Full training will be given including the opportunity to study for nationally recognised professional qualification
