TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – FOUR DAY WEEK!
* £20k basic with an OTE of £32k in Y1
* Specialist financial services, wealth & insurance recruitment
* Four Day Week – Fridays are for YOU!
* Office based initially with flexibility once you’re up to speed
* Train stage by stage, starting with Talent Acquisition
A fabulous opportunity for you to use your skills to learn the role of a recruitment consultant and earn well whilst working closely with an impressive porfolio of clients. And work a FOUR day working week!
Your role will start off in a resourcing / talent sourcing role, finding candidates for open vacancies. You’ll be shown how to use a variety of platforms, tools and approaches to find people. You’ll be trainined in interviewing techniques and in headhunting methods.
Longer term, you’ll also be working with clients – building relationships, managing accounts and developing new business. You’ll be fully supported & developed so you feel comfortable.
Experience Required: To be considered for this role, you need to have experience in sales, telesales, lettings, financial services, credit control or similar and be used to working on the phone and, ideally on video platforms too. Stable career history, even it is still short!
