A market-leading, International Fluid Manufacturer is recruiting. This company produces a range of high performance, specialist products for a diverse and interesting range of industrial applications. The company is recognised as one of the world’s principal suppliers to manufacturing industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Food, Paper and Steel and have their UK headquarters, laboratories, and manufacturing plant in Stoke-on-Trent.

The role will be working weekly rotating shifts (6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am) within a busy manufacturing environment and will involve;

* Charging additives into manufacturing vessels,

* Taking samples for QC testing,

* Flushing manufacturing vessels,

* Fetching additives from the raw materials warehouse to specific recipes,

* Connecting tanks to a process line system,

* Ensure the correct product and quantities are loaded,

* Completing daily housekeeping checks.

Interested applicants should have

* Relevant production experience, ideally with previous batch process manufacturing experience.

* A flexible working attitude, as part of an efficient team, working a 3-shift system and flexible to work overtime if required.

* The ability to carry out some working at heights and duties outdoors.
