Freelance Recruitment Consultant – Home Based

An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Recruitment Agency as a Freelance Recruitment Consultant (Flexible Working Hours – Home Based))

Potential Earning are £70,000 to £150,000 upward + Phone + Homes Based (Flexible Working Hours)

You will be provided with Telephone and PC / Laptop with access to major job posting boards along with CV search facility.

Sector is negotiable, however, we do offer a Warm/Hot desk facility on the back of our current client list. You have full autonomy toward fees you offer to employers for our services.

For the most successful candidates The role could lead to an employed position with an opportunity to be a Management and even your own office to create your own team within that sector

Typical tasks as part of the role are as follows:

‘cold calling’ companies to generate new business
negotiating agency’s fees
taking vacancy details from employers
interviewing and testing job seekers, to build a pool of people ready to fill vacancies
matching candidates to suitable jobs
screening and shortlisting candidates before employers interview them
building good relationships with employers so that they keep using your agency
meeting targets for the number of vacancies taken and the number of people placed into jobs
keeping records of clients, employers and vacancies
‘headhunting’ – finding and approaching candidates for executive or specialist jobs.
