Etas Scrum Master (Aos Team)

Salary: £26,000 per year

Autonomous driving, heard of it? We’re working on it. With our colleagues across Bosch and with our key customer we are engineering and developing the autonomous driving middlewear, known as AOS.

You will need a truly agile mindset as you join a new and growing team. You will be responsible for the facilitation of the teamwork and the delivery of the software in an agile fashion. We would be looking for previous experience as a software engineer, or leading teams for software delivery in a technical environment.

You’ll be leading a team of engineers, planning and monitoring software development activities and supporting the team with mitigating risks.

You’ll be responsible for removing impediments and blockers and reporting progress to internal stakeholders.

You need to enable the team to deliver within scope and quality and facilitate the ceremonies including retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibility for process conformance including PEP / QA documentation is an additional important aspect of the role.
