Salary: £78,000 – £90,000 per year
An international shipping business require a confident Master Mariner with extensive offshore, Dynamic positioning experience to be a shore based Superintendent & 3rd party Marine Surveyor
You will be responsible for ship inspections, safety audits and reporting on multiple ship types DP2/3 including AHTS, PSV, DSV, renewable and offshore construction vessels
The role will be based in Hamburg with extensive travel offshore, and to shipyards as and when required.
Key qualifications
– Class 1 unlimited Master Mariner
– Unlimited DP ticket, (
– Knowledge of Kongsberg, Converteam)
– Previous sea service as Master on Offshore Vessels
– Familiar with offshore OVID/CMID audits
This is a shore position, permanently based in Hamburg – therefore you must have the right to live and work in the EU, and re-location assistance is available for the right candidate.
