A sought after opportunity is currently vacant for an ambitious and dedicated aspiring teacher.

My client, a school in Islington, are looking to appoint an exceptional graduate to work as a Teaching Assistant with view to complete their teacher training. The school offer a graduate scheme which encourages and supports the individuals to progress throughout the school, and obtain QTS via a route best suited to them. The school are keen to assist and nurture graduates to reach their full potential and become strong, confident Teachers.

The successful individual will be, a recent graduate who seeks to gain as much experience as possible in the education sector before going on to gain QTS and become a Teacher. You will be confident in your ability and have solid knowledge of the current curriculum so that you are able to ease the pressure from the class Teacher. You will have a kind and compassionate nature and possess the patience to persevere with the children in order to maximise results and identify strengths and weaknesses.
