The client can offer full time or part time hours to suit the successful candidate.

The Role of French speaking customer services:

• Answering and responding to incoming telephone calls and emails from both French and English business customers
• Investigating customer queries and liaising with internal departments to resolve
• Updating and processing customer information onto an in-house computer system
• Administration including emails and client correspondence using Word and Outlook

The ideal candidate for French speaking customer services will have the following:

• Fluent in both spoken and written French
• Ability to investigate and resolve problems
• Able to communicate effectively with all departments and areas of the business
• Excellent telephone manner with good customer service skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Word
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
