Support Workers – Outreach, Supported Living & Day Options
Location: You would either be working in Brighton & Hove & the surrounding areas, or across West Sussex including Bognor Regis, Worthing, Horsham & Crawley.
Salary: £26,000per year
Part & full-time positions available.

We are also looking for staff to join our Bank Relief team.

We are looking for enthusiastic members of staff to join our existing team to support young people and adults with Autism Spectrum Conditions including Asperger’s Syndrome, some of whom have associated mental health conditions. Shifts vary and may include weekdays, weekends and/or evenings.

Essential Criteria: We would like to hear from you if you:-

* are able to work within a team as well as independently;
* have a basic knowledge of computers, literacy and numeracy skills;
* hold a full, UK driving licence, and have use of a car; and
* have experience of working with vulnerable people with complex needs.

Desirable Criteria: Ideally, though not essentially, you will also have:-

* experience of working with individuals with Autism, OCD or mental health conditions;
* and an NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent; • experience running a group activity;
* and a skill that can be used within a group setting such as Art, Music or computer skills.

However, we are keen to consider applicants who are willing to learn. You will receive a high level of induction, supervision and on-going Autism specialist training.
