Customer Service Executive

Salary: £26,000 per year

We are working alongside a vibrant Contact Centre on the outskirts of Tetbury keen to onboard attentive, organised and well-spoken individuals to join their team
Our client is offering an exciting opportunity to develop and further your career, this is initially a temporary opportunity however for the right individuals this could go permanent.
You will be answering questions, queries, and concerns regarding any products, helping advise on any additional or alternative lines. Most importantly you will be assisting and improving the overall online shopping experience for clients

Within this role you will have the following responsibilities: 

Upselling products, making informed suggestions on alternative product lines 
Resolving customer issues, processing customer orders 
Managing orders and making sure they are completed in a timely manner
Administrative support for the department and on behalf of management 
Checking the stock levels
Ensuring that every client receives a professional service
Managing web queries in a professional and timely manner 

To be considered for this role you must have the following: 

Previous experience in a customer service role 
Confident administrative skills
Flexible attitude to work 
Happy working under pressure 
Diligence and attention to detail 

Various shifts available, customer service executives are required to work flexibly around the 7 day 2 shifts rota system.
