Proposals and Marketing Assistant

Are you an experienced Proposals and Marketing professional? Do you have experience of working within either the Engineering, Property or Construction industry?

Then I have a great new role for you. My client a global engineering company are looking for an experienced Proposals and Marketing individual to join their busy team in Central London. This role is not purely looking after proposals however it incorporates marketing, social media, helping design marketing collateral including graphic design work. My client are looking for someone who has a broad experience of Marketing and Bid Development to help Senior Managers find, qualify, and win work. Ideally you will posses a Marketing or business related degree (or equivalent) which will have given you a platform to have then worked within a similar role within engineering. property or construction. A great eye for detail as well as polished communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential for this role. You will be ultimately responsible for the compiling and production of pre-qualification and bid documents and presentations, so PowerPoint, Word and Adobe Design skills and experience will be beneficial to your application. You will also be tasked with managing the social media development of the business so corporate experience of Twitter, Facebook etc would be ideal.

To be successful you will need great organisational skills as you will be responsible for managing your own projects.
