We are in the process of building a new Data team who are in the process of transitioning their on Prem SQL Server to Azure.

With this we are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst \ Developer to work alongside the Data Engineers providing the relevant Data and Reports for the business to make critical decisions around their pricing engine.

It’s pretty simple, you will be working closely with the Data Engineer to create SSRS function initially, so we need you to know your SQL, understanding both querying and stored procedures in depth. You will work alongside internal and external customers to understand what data sets need reporting and help them understand the non-technical aspect of reporting.

From there, you will expand your knowledge working with SSIS and SSAS plus the introduction of POWER BI and Azure Data procedures

• SQL Querying / Stored Procedures
• SSRS and Report creation
• Working with internal & external customer to understand Reports needed
• PowerBI

Any knowledge of Azure Data practices would be beneficial.

The role will be remote with once a quarter meeting in Manchester at their head office. The company have a track record of developing their staff to grow with the company, looking a new ways and tech plus providing the training on anything they bring in.
