Construction / Operations Director

A well-established Contractor based in Essex is looking for an experienced Construction/Operations Director to join them and take overall responsibility of all day to day operations accross multiple sites within London and the South East.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in the industry including New Build, Refurbishment and Fit Out experience.

This position will see your reporting to the Managing Director and working alongside the Commercial Director. You will be tasked with overseeign the company structures, protocols and systems in order to improve the delivery on an exciting pipeline of projects in the high end residential, commercial, leisure and education sectors.
