An amazing opportunity has arisen to join an ‘OUTSTANDING’ nursery setting as their
Quality Assurance Lead
As the Quality Assurance Lead your responsibility will be to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the setting
The focus of Quality Assurance Lead will be to help develop the quality of education within the entire nursery and ensure school readiness of the children within Preschool.
This is an exciting role for a qualified and experience nursery educator to take their career to the next stage of progression – the ideal Quality Assurance Lead will have a minimum of three years experience over a range of age groups, be passionate about Early Years Eduction and collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standard of care
Competitive annual salary up to £28,800per annum. All salaries are dependent on qualifications and experience.
About you –
* Full and relevant Childcare qualification – Level 3, a Foundation Degree would be desirable
* Clear and Enhanced DBS check
* Excellent knowledge of the EYFS Framework
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* A desire to continue with professional development
* Experience of working in a range of early years settings
* Experience of working in partnership with parents
* Excellent knowledge of all nursery policies and procedures
