Our Client in Northampton is seeking an Operations and Marketing Assistant to join their organisation on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities for the Operations and Marketing Assistant include:

Director Support:
Diary management including conference calls, events and travel arrangements
Producing PowerPoint presentations and various secretarial duties
Assisting in the day to day running of the company’s operations
Marketing Operations:
Assisting in the Marketing Department with all Marketing activities
Maintaining Marketing databases
Writing editorial copy and press releases
Other:
Adhere to all company policies including Health and Safety and Quality procedures
Follow and maintain company and team objectives and KPI’s

Organisational, planning and co-ordination skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible attitude to work, able to adapt to business demands
Strong command of English language
Be able to work in a fast paced, high pressured environment
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
