New IVA Appointment Case Reviewer

Responsible for the completion of a thorough case review on recently approved IVAs, providing support to IVA clients and executing relevant compliance checks

Main Duties:

* Review of recently appointed cases and associated documentation to ensure compliance
* Ensure IVA is set up accurately on the DIVA system
* Liaise with clients to ensure receipt of signed modifications/RX1s post MoC
* Liaise with client to ensure any “obligation” modifications are adhered to
* Ensure accurate fee billing structure is applied to the case
* Creditor references and balances checked before agreement of claims
* Request supporting evidence of claims from creditors where appropriate
* Feed back
* Arrears assessments
* Updating payment schedules
* Handling correspondence and queries from client and creditors
* Maintaining each client file in accordance with departmental policies
* Ad hoc duties and projects as required

Key Skills:

* Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
* Excellent organisational and administration skills
* Strong time management skills
* Used to working to targets in a pressured environment
* Ability to work well as an individual and as a member of a team
* Experience of the Supervision of protocol compliant IVAs
* Knowledge of current Insolvency legislation
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Good attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in data input and processing
* An excellent timekeeper with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of our customers

Salary: £26,000per yeardependant on experience

Shifts:

37.5 hours per week.
