Are you an experience finance assistant looking for your next challenge?

Our client is a growing FMCG business and they are seeking an ambitious, driven Finance Assistant on a maternity cover contract. This Group role will focus on supporting daily, weekly, monthly, and annual finance tasks and procedures.

Manage and take responsibly for the credit control process.
Day-to-day accounts payable and receivables duties for the group.
Process purchase/ sales invoices and credit notes
Accurate recording of receipts and records.
Assist with raising supplier payments.
Process customer payments/remittances and refunds.
General accounts queries – Investigating and liaising with other departments
Reconciliations – Bank, Credit Card, Petty Cash, Intercompany.
Maintaining accurate filing.

What our client is looking for:

Min. of 1-year experience as a Finance Assistant / Junior finance role.
Proficient in Microsoft Dynamic Navision, preferred.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
