Person Specification
For this Primary Teaching Assistant role we are hoping to meet a bright, ambitious graduate with a 2:1 or higher in their degree. You will have the desire to be teacher in the future and be excited about working in a successful, high achieving school. The main qualities we look for in our future teachers are the ability to build relationships quickly, excellent communication skills, and a solid passion for education.
About the Role
This Primary Teaching Assistant position will involve you working in and out of class to improve academic standards across the school. This will include working with the children who attend here who speak ‘English as an Additional Language’. This is a great opportunity to make a big impact whilst learning the skills and experience that will set you up for the future.
