2nd Line Support Analyst
2nd Line Support Analyst / Desktop Support Analyst – Camden, London – to £37,000 – 6 month FTC
One of the biggest and coolest brands in London will shortly require a 2nd Line Support Analyst / Desktop Support Analyst with an understanding SCCM and Windows Environment to provide support (via phone and Teams) and assist in building Laptops for internal customers, manage and prioritise the Deskside queue, log new tickets, support the local hardware when issues arise at 2 office sites in London, manage issues and escalate where necessary and liaise with 3rd party support for hardware repairs. This role may become permanent
