Talent & Resourcing Lead

Our leading sales and marketing client is seeking a talent and resourcing lead to be accountable for delivering an exceptional talent experience to attract, retain and deploy industry leading talent.
You will be accountable for talent strategy and planning, managing and developing the talent processes and talent boards.
As the successful candidate, you will have a degree in HR, management or related degree and a relevant post-graduate qualification (CIPD) is preferable, experience of designing and managing talent selection and development processes such as assessment centres and experience of facilitating talent boards. In addition, you will have in depth experience of leading talent management and development in a progressive ideally FTSE 100/market leading business and be an exceptional relationship builder.Badenoch & Clark is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
