Salary: £240 – £300 per day
Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Resourcing Partner for our client based in Glasgow. You will be responsible for managing assigned vacancies. Supporting the Senior resourcing partner to attract the best talent for the business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for ensuring the right talent are being recruited for the business and growing a talent pool which meets the fit and values of the organisation.
* Using internal and external insights to recommend improvements to the resourcing process and methods
* You will be responsible for managing proactive and reactive resourcing activities for your assigned vacancies
* You will be responsible for supporting the achievement of all SLA’s
* You will be supporting the Senior Resourcing partner in identifying improvement to the processes.
* Supporting the ongoing development of the businesses brand.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Experience of growing and maintaining a candidate talent pool for vacancies
* Previous experience working within a KPI driven environment and proven ability to deliver targets
* Previous experience in a full resourcing delivery role with exposure to high volume recruitment
* Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
