X4 Process Technician

Salary: £26,000 per year

Job Overview:

We have been tasked by our client, in supporting them with their search for 4x Process Technician/Cell Leaders to join their growing team.

Relevant Job Titles:

Senior Process Technician, Process Technician, Setter Supervisor, Senior Moulding Technician, Mould Tech, Setter

Main Duties and responsibilities:

* Take full instruction from the Process Co Coordinator with regard to process responsibilities on shift.

* To include: Tool Setting, tool changes Colour changes & Process initiation

* Fault finding and troubleshooting on production machines.

* Maintain quality standards, liaising with the quality department regarding problem areas, strive to ensure continuous improvement in all areas.

* Promote good housekeeping at all times

* Carry out all applicable administration with regard to cycle times, records and logbooks.

* Attending meetings and carry out action plans as instructed when necessary

* Maintain good liaison with all departments

* Take full responsibility for personal tools and equipment.

* Promote good Health and Safety at all times.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

* Experience of working within a Production/Manufacturing Environment working as a Process Technician (Injection Moulding)

* Level 3 Polymer Injection Moulding qualification or equivalent
