OTE £72,000 – £108,000 + (salary competitive depending on prior experience)

This copany are a very funky but also highly professional recruitment and search consultancy with expertise in marketing, communications, PR and sponsorship. Over the last decade they’ve built deep and longstanding relationships with their agency and in-house clients and are now focussing on a medium term growth plan to become the leading “marcoms” recruiter.

To make that happpen they need an exceptional leader who will grow their existing in-house offering including recruitment and the development of high performing teams. The right person will have several years of recruitment experience and ideally possess a strong knowledge of marketing and communications and will have worked with in-house clients. Most importantly though they will have experience of growing a client base through business development and nurturing long term relationships with both candidates and clients.

They will become a board member be responsible for delivering a key part of the client’s plans. In return they’ll recieve the complete support of the Board, with training and further career progression available and an exceptional commission and benefits package.
