Recruitment and HR Officer

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

I’m recruiting for a fabulous Charity who are supporting the Community during Covid-19.
Reporting to an HR Manager for this exciting and newly created business. You will be a Recruiter who is very hands on and happy to work autonomously.
You’ll be involved in volume recruitment from the advertising, direct sourcing, screening and hiring of contractors. You’ll draw up the offer letters and contracts; handling the process from start to finish. There will be other HR advisory responsibilities including onboarding.
