Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

Forest Care Selection are currently supporting on an exclusive basis a national charity supporting veterans through sight loss.

This innovative charity delivers a range of services to veterans with sight loss across the country.

This organisation is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Registered Manager to lead a unique rehabilitation and wellbeing services in the Brighton area relocating to Rustington.

The Registered Manager in Brighton will:

• Work with the senior leadership in the development and management of a unique wellbeing service.
• Ensure the services continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Work with the clinical lead to ensure the very highest standards of person-centred care is delivered to members.
• Create a highly positive and solution focused working culture across this diverse service delivering a variety of services by a multi-disciplinary team.

The Registered Manager in Brighton will need:

• Leadership experience within a Health and Social Care setting and experience of holding registration with CQC.
• Professional qualification Level 5 Health and Social Care or qualified OT/Social Worker with registration with the HCPC.
• Experience of a rehab or wellbeing setting and delivering clinical and non-clinical support.
• Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team.
